Fuller Group is a well known structural engineering company in the Upstate who sought our assistance with a variety of supplementary materials for their company. Throughout the pandemic, they remained extremely busy with projects—so much so, that they were looking to hire new employees to keep up with the demand. For this reason, they prioritized becoming more efficient with their processes.

They shared with us that answering RFPs is one of the most time-consuming tasks that they must endure because each one required them to seek out updated photography and write the case studies. Therefore, our Type A team got to work organizing their projects and photography into sectors and identifying the content “holes” that needed to be filled. We then scheduled and coordinated photo shoots and wrote copy for every single project.

Next, we designed a firm profile, resumes, and sector profile templates that could be pieced together for a variety of RFP responses. Each template is fully customizable, allowing the team at Fuller Group to pick and choose pieces for each response with the ability to change out photos and copy as needed.

As we worked through their RFP templates, we noticed that their website didn’t reflect their current projects. They lamented that their website was custom-designed years ago and they had little control over making any edits. Thus, our next project was born. We partnered with Beck Digital to recreate their site in a way that is fully editable so that, moving forward, a member of the Fuller Group team can update their site—no outsourcing needed.

Most recently, we assisted with the strategy for celebrating and promoting Fuller Group’s 25th anniversary. This included a special 25th anniversary logo, a charity project, a content strategy announcing the anniversary (press releases, social media, etc.), and an event to thank clients and contacts. Our staff took an idea that felt overwhelming to our client and planned and managed the entire event from the creation to development and execution. This included creating the event invitations, managing the RSVP process, organizing the event details including flowers, food and beverage, set-up, etc. and ultimately culminated in the event day coordination from load-in to load-out.
