TealHaus is proud to announce that its President, Kate Dabbs, has been recognized as one of GSA Business Report’s 2025 Forty Under 40 honorees. This prestigious award honors young professionals in the Upstate who demonstrate exceptional career leadership while making meaningful contributions to the community.
A Greenville native since graduating from Furman, Kate has served the community for more than 15 years. Her background includes marketing, communications, operations, and management across multiple industries. Most recently, she joined TealHaus in 2021 and was appointed president in 2023. Under her leadership, TealHaus continues to expand its reach, serving more than 100 clients through marketing, strategy, and branding services in its four-year lifespan.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dabbs is an active community leader. Kate was also named one of 2018’s Best and Brightest 35 and Under by Greenville Business Magazine. She has served on the Greenville Community Foundation Board of Directors and contributed to organizations such as the Junior League of Greenville, YMCA Youth in Government, and Leadership Greenville, Class 46. Kate recently joined the Dean’s Council for USC School of Medicine Greenville.
Kate is a devoted wife to Dixon, a mother to two young children, Gates and Dorothy, and an active member of Village Anglican Church and the Saint Thomas Anglican Church plant.
